Working as a Product Market Manager, Industrial Products, you will be a key member of the marketing and sales team in Motion Drive Products, defining marketing plans, including marketing communication, training and sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales organization in driving sales of drive products in the US (United States) market by ensuring implementation of global product marketing strategies to meet business objectives. The individual will build key relationships with sales, service, marketing, channel partners and customers to understand the customer and channel needs in strategic markets within Motion business area. This role will work across functions and engage sales and customers directly to determine the course of where to play and how to win for their assigned region and champions successful execution of the U.S. drive, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human Machine Interface) and digital products portfolio go to market strategy.This is a position with global grade 13Your responsibilities Own the technical specification for regional products Lead regional product life cycle management Act as technical interface between external local market and internal technical cross functional teams Support the sales in the local market by providing product and technical support to sales teams including trainings and key customer pursuits Create demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a value base selling approach with expert level knowledge of products and competitors offerings Understand customer needs in the local market by building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing...
