Accounts Payable CoordinatorIFG CorpNew York, NYJob Duties:•Generate wire payments daily and set up wire accounts for vendors•Execute bank account reconciliation for multiple divisions•Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry; ensure proper documentation and manage financial records in anticipation of yearly audit and reconciliation•Perform AP aging analysis to detect late payments or inaccurate financial reporting•Execute cash flow management for optimization; determine the best timing of payments•Perform duplicate payments analysis to identify the issues in booking AP vouchers•Communicate any AP payments related issues to import departments•Assist controller with ad hoc financial report by reflecting payment status of invoices at month endMinimum Requirements:•Master Degree in Accounting•Proficiency in Vlookup function and pivot tables in MS Excel
