Robert Half Financial Services are hiring for an AVP Compliance Officer role for an International Corporate Bank located in midtown Manhattan New York. Our client requires CAMS certification and 7+ years Banking Compliance experience at an International Corporate Bank with knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC Testing and FRB/FED/DFS Regulatory Compliance. The role is hybrid remote requiring 2-3 days per week in the midtown Manhattan office.

Responsibilities

• BSA/OFAC and 504 annual testing

• Corporate compliance testing, quarterly 314a

• Updating test script as appropriate, and tracking findings from testing

• 70% testing, 10% reporting, 20% other duties

  Requirements

Qualifications

• CAMS certified.

• 7+ years Banking Compliance experience at an International Corporate Bank.

• Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC Testing.

• Experience in risk assessment, training, and testing of compliance requirements.

• FRB/FED/DFS Regulatory Compliance knowledge.

• Bachelor Degree.

• Excellent writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.

This AVP Compliance Officer role is hybrid remote requiring 2-3 days per week in the midtown Manhattan New York office, so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role and are eligible to work in the United States.
