Job Description

  • Manage and track promotional inventory and partnerships across Warner Media’s Entertainment networks (TNT, TBS, TruTV, Adult Swim, Cartoon Network) in SHOPs (an internal management system); assist in maintenance of partnership packaging across linear, digital and OTT platforms

  • Assist in developing internal/external, mobile-first, sales communications like: email blasts, interactive one sheets, website updates, etc.

  • Develop compelling one sheets and packages for turnkey/transactional requests (including dayparts, frequency of promotional assets, programming overview)

  • Aid team in design and development of content partnerships and experiences across the WarnerMedia Entertainment digital portfolio

  • Support Content Partnership teams on Account Executive/Client requests and/or activations throughout the Upfront, Calendar and Scatter markets

  • ​Contribute to the development of compelling, custom content partnership opportunities (PowerPoint decks, videos, social posts, digital media kit components)

  • Identify unique insights using data tools and syndicated research (e.g. Turner’s Launchpad, Audience Now, etc.) to create compelling stories on WHY a partnership supports a client’s goals

  • Review of digital and linear media plans, to ensure that media is properly booked against sponsorships and partnerships

  • Track year-over-year promotional inventory against media spends to support future account partnership strategies

  • Distribute support materials for sales including: programming reels, show/promotion templates, network updates and cross-platform creative assets (linear, digital and social)

  • Develop thorough overviews/analysis of current and target accounts – outlining brand presence/messaging/content campaigns across platforms

  • Foster an understanding of the sales/development/execution process and teams to assist in the development and activation of cross-platform projects within the Entertainment group and the broader Ignite Team

  • Maintain, update and issue departmental trackers and documents, including: weekly team status grids, ongoing promotional requests forms, quarterly original series trackers, monthly executive summaries, annual department assessments, etc.

  • Administer a large library of promotional assets (images, videos, audience insights/information, etc.)

  • Create relationships across the Warner Media portfolio to understand company-wide capabilities (Ignite Studios, Sports, Bleacher Report, News, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of media experience (agency or publishing) with a strong focus on digital and social

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented team player with ability to successfully multitask and meet demanding deadlines

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and design abilities a major plus

  • A sound knowledge of the latest digital and social media trends and a deep understanding of the advertising/marketing landscape, media planning and social media best practices

  • Professional maturity, integrity and discretion while handling confidential documents and internal information

  • A true team player ready to approach a challenging marketplace and evolving work environment with enthusiasm, empathy, determination and a ‘can do’ attitude

  • The initiative to anticipate team needs and bring solutions to streamline workflow and enhance client opportunities

  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems

  • Passionate and interested in expanding understanding of the evolution of content across legacy and emerging media platforms

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; major in marketing/advertising/ communications a plus
