The Global Service Product Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading the global product and marketing strategy relating to education services with global responsibility.

This position is part of the Global Service organization and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Global Professional Development team and report to the Director of Global Service Learning Products responsible for building a Service Learning Culture – creating synergy across all regions to support the needs of our diverse set of customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute the global product strategy and build compelling value propositions for Beckman Coulter’s commercial education offerings, with the end goals of upholding positioning, driving product adoption, and growing service product revenue.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, business units and internal GPD team members, to ensure successful service product launches and ongoing service product management.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to drive product offering development and service growth

  • Act as the subject matter expert on commercial education offerings, providing guidance and support to sales and marketing teams, and customers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration or related field with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s degree irelated field with 3+ years of experience

  • Minimum 2 years of successful product management / commercialization experience with growing responsibilities, preferably in service or healthcare industries with a focus on professional development and training

  • Ability to travel an estimated 25%, including some internationally

  • Proven track record of success in positioning, managing, and marketing products to the through their life cycle and to multiple customer segments

  • Demonstrated experience in influencing, developing and motivating people from diverse backgrounds; able to lead cross-functional global business teams

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Developing and driving marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness, drive demand, and generate revenue

  • Showing proficiency in monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

  • Experience in the Medical Products sector (Medical Device, Biotech, Pharma, etc.) is preferred

  • Experience in the services vertical, especially XaaS is particularly valuable

The salary range for this role is $90k-110k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
