Lead Analytic ConsultantAetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in New York, NY: Lead Analytic Consultant to produce business intelligence using strategy consulting, analytics, and engineering and serve as product owner for operational and Business Intelligence (BI) Analytics initiatives. Duties include: Identify opportunities to implement creative solutions in operational optimization and data science solutions to business problems; recommend modeling techniques to Data Scientists and assist in delivering solutions to clients; synthesize business intelligence and trend data to support recommendations for action leveraging new perspectives on existing solutions; structure data analysis to drive analytics insights and develop and recommend analytical solutions to assist Data Scientists with data visualizations, reports, and dashboards; collaborate with business partners to understand problems and goals, and develop statistical analysis, data reports, and performance metrics; facilitate the creation of analytics solutions that effectively weigh business and technical tradeoffs leveraging knowledge of business strategy and Big Data environments; serve as analytics product owner translating business needs into analytics projects and leading solutions development; present recommendations to senior staff and internal clients and manage timely flow of business intelligence to users; and mentor junior team members. Multiple positions.Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Logistical Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field , and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Also requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases; visualization tools; analytics experience within the retail and/or healthcare industries; predictive modeling (linear and multivariate regression); and designing and developing presentation materials to track data trends and present key findings.
