Senior Financial Analyst

The Sr Financial Analyst – Americas FP&A:

  • The Sr Financial Analyst will support the Sr Director FP&A and will act as a financial advisor and business partner to the business stakeholders by providing insights to enable and drive fact-based, optimal decision-making, and input in the development of the business strategies and operations of the Americas business.

  • Operationalize work within NA regional teams to coordinate and streamline processes and procedures and secure smooth consolidation of NA figures for reporting purposes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Overall Strategic, Tactical & Operational Planning & Tracking:

  • Driving the overall financial analysis, planning and control of the NA Overhead costs including W&D/Logistics, TPG (IT) and other support functions (e.g. HR, Finance and Legal).

  • Drive, challenge and monitor expenses, challenging the status quo and work closely with the Sr Director FP&A in providing periodic reports enabling Senior Management to make more agile resources allocation decisions.

  • Support in providing monthly reporting and communication for the Senior Management Group (including actual results, estimates and budget variances).

  • Lead together with the Sr Director FP&A cost control meetings based on actuals/estimate/budget with the department leaders in the COO organization.

  • Support with weekly R&O process.

  • Support in preparation of the annual budget and three-year plan presentations.

  • Ad hoc requests to support the business.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

  • Responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closings for respective costs in NA overhead; opex and capex planning and control

  • Drive consolidation of NA figures in several weekly/monthly reports

  • Review, approve and track invoices related to the NA overhead costs.

  • Support in development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of operating results.

  • Ensure the integrity of financial policies and financial statements.

  • Drive automation and efficiency in FP&A processes through dashboards and automated reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

5 years prior accounting/finance experience, preferably in the

apparel industry or consumer products

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or Accounting required.

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources.

  • Ability to work in a structured way, communicate clearly and build relationships with different stakeholders within the organization.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft package software programs

  • Knowledge of SAP financial packages (general ledger)

  • Knowledge of Essbase software (financial reporting)

  • Knowledge of ACS software and JDA

Pay Range:$95,000 - $105,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting.
