ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager at our New York, NY location. Responsible for understanding market trends, partnering with ecosystems, and defining competitive strategies to broaden or enhance a product portfolio. Define, manage, and execute individual and Portfolio product strategies with aligned roadmaps and Objective Key Result (OKR). Partner with cross functional product leaders, business stakeholders, and engineering teams. Define and closely monitor Business strategy, Prioritization, and track progress to ensure Project milestones are complete on time, on budget and with the desired results. Understand technology around DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to design, develop and implement complex digital infrastructure services, on AWS. Measure product(s) effectiveness, identify trends, report outcomes, and opportunities to improve. Monitor service utilization, customer adoption KPI and find solution to improve that. Communicate with diverse groups and influence changes throughout the organization. Drive team’s work using Scrum/Kanban Agile Framework, track their work in Jira, Jira Align. Participate in relevant aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, constructions, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Identify new opportunity, enable Innovation through talented individuals and guide them throughout the entire product lifecycle. Help team to define each quarter product goal during quarterly planning program.SALARY: $157,768 to $180,000 per yearJOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience. Will accept a three-year degree or a combination of degrees or diplomas as meeting the Bachelor's degree requirement.
