Sr Corporate Paralegal - M&A - 1 Day in Office

Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Senior Corporate Paralegal for a major law firm based in Midtown Manhattan. This is a mostly remote role with at least 1 day in office.

This person should have at least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a law firm and extensive experience with M&A transactions. The salary for this role will range from $100,000-$145,000.

Responsibilities:

• Entity formation, maintenance, and dissolutions
• Prepare for Board meetings and maintain corporate minute books
• Prepare transaction documents and closing sets for completed transactions
• Drafting and filing annual reports

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience in a law firm
• Experience with corporate governance and Board meetings
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule
