Description

The Consultant is responsible for creating solutions for different UKG customers to meet their interfacing requirements with UKG's products in the Cloud environment. Projects require you to deploy custom data integration solutions in concurrence with testing, analysis, and project management. The Consultant should have in-depth knowledge of the HCM/WFM product and some knowledge of related tools (MuleSoft/Boomi/Informatica) which will assist in creating these customised solutions.

The successful candidate will utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. They will work remotely to implement and support UKG customers and will work closely with the UKG Project Managers/Regional Consultants to complete tasks assigned to them towards completing integration implementations.

Other responsibilities will include the following customer related tasks:

• Using Professional Services concepts, implement software in various environments.

• Follow the UKG defined methodology to provide the solution for Interfaces, utilize consulting experience and skills to guide internal and external customers through the development process using the team's best practices.

• Understanding the requirements from the Regional Consultants/Customers/Vendors.

• Preparing the design document or understanding the requirements as provided to them.

• Coding, testing and deploying the interfaces.

• User Acceptance Testing support.

• Deploy and release to production environments if need be.

• Final hand off to Support team.

• Upgrading existing UKG customers from lower version to a more compatible and recent version. This will include porting of the full-suite WFC customers sand delivering it on the new UKG Dimensions platform. Overall, understanding of UKG solution is a must for successfully upgrading and deploying the solution.

• The Consultant should show the flexibility for taking calls in the evening with the Regional Consultants/Clients. In certain scenarios, they will be required to support major releases and upgrades during US business hours.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

• At least 6 years of industry experience.

• 4 years of prior experience in SQL Database Programming (MS Transact SQL, Relational Databases).

• Experience with HCM will be plus

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Customer-focused, positive and professional attitude.

• Ability conceptualize and execute elegant solutions for internal or external clients within the confines of a project timeline

• Organized, detail oriented, accurate and responsive

• Self-motivated, quick learner

• Team player: collaborative, seeks input, accepts and incorporates feedback from others, and freely offers assistance
