Description

We are in search of a Financial Analyst to join our team in Oldsmar, Florida. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing accounting software systems, executing multi-site analysis, and delivering presentations. This role requires proficiency in ERP Solutions, Great Plains (GPAC), and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to manage financial data and generate reports

• Execute Capital Expenditure (CapEx) analysis and provide recommendations

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions for financial planning and management

• Conduct multi-site financial analysis and present findings to stakeholders

• Use Great Plains (GPAC) for financial accounting and reporting

• Manage accounting functions and ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Oversee budget processes and assist in budget preparation

• Handle expense reporting and ensure accuracy of financial records

• Utilize finance skills to analyze financial performance and forecast future financial trends

• Use Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and financial modeling.

Requirements • Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with CapEx, including its implementation and management

• Proficiency in using and managing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to work with ERP Solutions to optimize business processes

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) and About Time software

• Understanding and ability to execute Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Budget Processes

• Ability to handle Expense Reporting efficiently

• Strong understanding of Finance principles and practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to leverage it for financial analysis and reporting
