Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst III, Gaming FP&A will report directly to the Sr Director Finance, Gaming FP&A. This position can be based in Providence, RI, or NV (Reno or Las Vegas).

The position will oversee multiple financial functions and act as support to one of IGT’s business segments, Global Gaming. The role supports Gaming FP&A and Gaming Finance teams and will primarily assist with the creation and delivery of Month End and Forecast reporting, prepare presentations for Senior leaders, and identify and implement process improvements. The expectation is to provide the Global Gaming business leadership with the required financial and operational metrics to drive tactical and strategic decisions.

This role provides financial reporting and analysis deliverables related to Gaming, with the goal of accelerating top-line revenue growth, enhancing profitability and cash flow generation, protecting the business assets, mitigating risks, and highlighting potential opportunities to improve the business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial plans and policies, accounting practices and procedure, and the organization's financial relationship with corporate to ensure that financial and strategic goals are attained.

  • Assist with Product Line Profitability Reporting, including modification of excel model, upload of monthly actual and quarterly forecast data.

  • Assemble Inventory package monthly for Supply Chain Finance reviews, including Finished Goods and Raw Material details by region.

  • Support financial components of Monthly Operations Review presentations, working with other members of the broader Gaming Finance team.

  • Provide value-added analysis and interpretation of revenue and cost trends.

  • Aggregate and consolidate KPIs and related metrics across gaming geographies and business lines.

  • Recommend modifications to new and existing processes and reporting to improve the timeliness and quality of key deliverables.

  • Ad hoc reporting requests to support earnings call & other corporate initiatives.

  • Design and build BPC-based reports to support presentations for segment leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis and/or accounting

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required

  • MBA degree or CPA designation desirable but not required

  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality product and introduce innovative processes and solutions specific to the following areas:

  • Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen. Able to succinctly interpret data and frame business issues in a straightforward manner and communicate them effectively to senior management

  • Strong project management skills

  • Proficient in SAP, BPC Planning Application, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Accounting Competencies

  • Experience reviewing and analyzing Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures

  • Work with external consultants and/or auditors to provide required information and ensure proper recordkeeping for historical purposes

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $53,800 - $129,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
