ManpowerGroup Engineering Training Technologist in Richland, Washington

A leading engineering and construction firm seeks a passionate Engineering Training Technologist to join their team at the groundbreaking Hanford Vit Plant project. Play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs for engineers working on this first-of-its-kind environmental cleanup facility.

Job Title: Engineering Training Technologist

Location: Richland, WA

Pay Range: $22-44/hr (Depending on experience)

Shift: 9/80 schedule, offering every other Friday off

What’s the Job?

  • Develop, implement, and manage training programs for staff working on the Hanford Vit Plant project.

  • Analyze training needs and design effective learning solutions using the ADDIE model.

  • Create and maintain engaging training materials using Articulate Storyline and other tools.

  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions and manage online learning platforms.

  • Ensure all training programs meet regulatory requirements and project goals.

  • Support the administration of the project's Learning Management System (LMS).

What’s Needed?

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field (OR) 9 years of related experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with the ADDIE model and instructional design principles.

  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and DOORS software (preferred)

  • US Citizenship (mandatory).
