Robert Half Workplace Experience Coordinator in San Francisco, California

Description

If you have the necessary skills and experience, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the workplace culture and employee satisfaction within a growing organization. This is a contract position that is 100% onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the workplace experience for employees, including office operations, facilities management, and event planning.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace-related inquiries and concerns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive work environment.

  • Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and other resources.

  • Plan and execute engaging employee events, activities, and team-building initiatives.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services such as catering, cleaning, and maintenance.

  • Continuously monitor and improve the workplace experience based on employee feedback and industry best practices.

  • Assist with the implementation of workplace policies and procedures.

  • Provide administrative support and project management as needed.

    Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with project management software.

  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail to enhance the overall workplace experience.

  • Adaptability and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
