Nvidia Senior Product Manager, Medical Imaging AI in Santa Clara, California

NVIDIA Clara is a computational platform comprising of software and services that powers AI solutions in healthcare and life sciences, from imaging and instruments to genomics and drug discovery. Clara for Medical Imaging includes NVIDIA MONAI which is a comprehensive suite of enterprise-grade containers, AI models, and microservices that provide a secure, NVIDIA-supported platform anchored on the open-source Project MONAI.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who can propel our highly successful open source initiatives in Project MONAI into its next chapter as enterprise microservices! You'll be responsible for guiding the strategic vision, development, and launch of innovative medical imaging AI products and features that leverage the power of accelerated computing and AI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, applied research, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful design, execution, and market adoption of the medical imaging AI offerings in our NVIDIA Clara platform. This position offers an opportunity to drive groundbreaking work at the intersection of AI and healthcare, helping to transform the industry and improve patient outcomes!

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from vision to strategy to development and launch.

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the medical imaging AI space. Translate insights into actionable product plans.

  • Build out detailed business requirements, user stories, product specifications, and value propositions.

  • Define and prioritize features, creating a comprehensive product roadmap that supports short-term and long-term goals.

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and launch activities, including coordinating with marketing, sales enablement, and customer education efforts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, open source contributors, and key opinion leaders in medical imaging.

  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in medical imaging AI, staying informed about advancements and their potential impact on product strategy.

  • Continue to grow the open-source momentum of Project MONAI targeting researchers, while simultaneously building out NVIDIA MONAI microservices targeting enterprise developers.

  • Work with 3rd party solution partners to build full solutions.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years relevant work experience.

  • 5+ years of product management experience in medical imaging AI software & services.

  • BS/MS degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong knowledge of software development processes and AI techniques.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills: written, spoken, and visual.

  • Ability to influence and work with an elite team of software engineers & researchers.

  • Motivation and ability to manage concurrent projects, constituents, and priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Prior hands-on experience using MONAI for medical imaging AI development.

  • Prior experience building open source AI communities.

  • Deep knowledge of medical imaging AI development & deployment workflows, in both radiology and histopathology.

The base salary range is 204,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
