Position Summary

The HR Program Coordinator would be joining a team of program and project managers focused on increasing talent development and engaging employees in our amazing culture at F5. Reporting directly to the VP, Culture and Talent Development, this role coordinates work across the group to increase our collective efficacy across both teams. Focused on the day-to-day, this role ensures project activities are on track by handling administrative tasks, supporting project teams, and assisting in the execution of various tasks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Co-create communication materials with the management team to further the change management strategy supporting various project and programs

  • Coordinate the selection and onboarding of vendors for Talent Development.

  • Plan and execute the logistics associated with learning events

  • Coordinate the status updates of programs and projects across the Culture and Talent Development team.

  • Maintain a centralized calendar of learning events.

  • Work with management to coordinate activities that foster connection across the culture and talent development as well as across HR.

  • Administrative tasks in support of the execution of the talent and culture strategy as needed.

     

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management

  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a day

  • Proficient at outlook, teams, and excel

  • Strong communicator in written form and in presentation mode

  • High organizational skills

  • Interest in organizational culture and talent management
