Amazon Mgr, Program Mgmt, PV Ad Product in Seattle, Washington

Description

Want to be part of a team that is helping redefine the future of video advertising? Prime Video is looking for a world-class program management leader to help govern key inputs into our team’s strategic planning and roadmap of initiatives that will help change how advertisers engage with consumers via streaming media around the world.

Video advertising is rapidly evolving as customers shift their viewing experiences from traditional linear TV to streaming via connected devices. Prime Video is a rising player in this space. We have differentiated assets in terms of consumer experiences and audience insights against a breadth of exclusive content which positions us well for the long-term.

We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented product program leader to oversee any and all crucial industry or market intelligence inputs to inform our steady-state product planning. Today, core pillars of this remit will include but are not limited to the following:

(1) Voice of the Customer, sourcing and assessing customer feedback across multiple channels including Customer Service and social media.

(2) Benchmarking, assessing market segment image competitors for gap or differentiator insights.

(3) Ad Policy, decisioning framework for what types of ads are eligible (or not) for which PV advertising experiences.

(4) International Expansion, cross-org planning via framework and research as to where/how PV Advertising experiences will launch into additional locales worldwide.

These are crucial, often interrelated program areas that feed into our product process, where Amazon has the opportunity to be industry-defining, ultimately with 9-figure business impacts in some cases. This leader will oversee a small team of owners of these programs who will work within the PV Ad Product team as well as across other Amazon teams (Ad Sales, Benchmarking, PV Core, PV Sports, PV Trust & Safety, etc) to establish norms and identify opportunities for product definition and/or prioritization. As these programs are highly strategic and ambiguous, they will need robust mechanism processes for regular review and alignment with senior-most leaders across Amazon.

As our Program Management leader, you will drive these types of critical efforts from end to end, in order to help ensure our products surprise and delight both streaming customers and video advertisers alike. Your work will be fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You’ll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.

Prime Video offers customers a vast collection of movies, series, and sports—all available to watch on hundreds of compatible devices. U.S. Prime members can also subscribe to 100+ channels including Max, discovery+, Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, BET+, MGM+, ViX+, PBS KIDS, NBA League Pass, MLB.TV, and STARZ with no extra apps to download, and no cable required. Prime Video is just one of the savings, convenience, and entertainment benefits included in a Prime membership. More than 200 million Prime members in 25 countries around the world enjoy access to Amazon’s enormous selection, exceptional value, and fast delivery.
