JLL M&E Business Operations Coordinator in Seattle, Washington

This role is REQUIRED to be in Amazon Corporate offices, 3-5x per week. Please refer to locations within the posting. The M&E Global Business Operations Coordinator will play a vital role on the Meetings & Events team. In this role you will work cross functionally to support operational excellence initiatives in support of the M&E infrastructure. This role is responsible for the day to day coordination of new hire activations, offboarding, maintenance of the M&E staffing model, document retention and system permissions. Key Responsibilities Maintains folder / file structure for Workdocs, Smartsheet, and Quip Logs and maintains access tracker for Workdocs Smartsheet, and Quip. Maintains Teams permissions and updates Coordinates new hire activation and engagement by ensuring the appropriate permissions, systems, tools, trainings, 1:1's and resources are scheduled/granted for each new hire according to departmental guidelines. Coordinates offboarding by ensuring appropriate permissions, systems, tools and trainings are deactivated Maintains role description matrix and organizational charts Maintains calendar for all new hire start dates to ensure timely onboarding readiness. Maintains and updates onboarding/offboarding templates. Helps create access management procedures. Overflow support for M&E Operations. Provides support of the overall M&E and operational excellence strategies Assist with other related tasks as assigned Basic Qualifications 2+ year college degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years' experience in event coordination or event administrative support High level of accuracy and attention to details Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently, at times, with little direction Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple/competing projects and timelines Strong communication skills verbal and written Working knowledge of operational excellence methodologies Experience maintaining documentation/retention Preferred Qualifications 2-4-year college degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years in a meeting and event or travel program role Familiar with meeting planning or corporate business travel programs 3rd-Party meeting management vendor/agency operations, consulting and/or training experience a bonus Experience working in project management technology e.g. Asana, Smartsheet, Jira or equivalent Experienced creating process flows in a diagramming software e.g. Visio Experience communicating with all levels of stakeholders Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple teams/stakeholders JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
