Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking some highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us in China.

· Roles & Responsibilities:

For this Marketing role, the main responsibility entails overseeing MQL nurturing and configuring seller automation journeys in social CRM, encompassing prospect attraction, onboarding, and conversion campaigns. The detailed duties include:

  1. Conducting lifecycle studies and designing seller journeys: researching effective methods for lead-to-conversion nurturing, designing full-funnel nurturing touchpoints, channels, and mechanisms.

  2. Nurturing leads to MQL: designing nurturing journeys for leads, setting up channels and campaigns to target the right sellers, and implementing marketing automation in social CRM.

  3. Nurturing MQL to Onboarding: executing automation campaigns to nurture MQL to onboarding and encourage seller self-service for onboarding adoption.

  4. Nurturing Onboarding to Conversion for MQL: running automation campaigns to nurture MQL for first booking conversion and driving seller self-service for conversion adoption.

  5. Nurturing dormant sellers: mapping dormant sellers in social CRM and activating them through automation marketing campaigns.

  6. Scaling up leads nurturing results and continually innovating in leveraging social CRM and marketing channels to maximize seller self-service for MQL onboarding and conversion.

Basic Qualifications

Basic qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher.

· 5+ years of Marketing related working experience.

· Have strong working experience in Marketing campaign including online & offline marketing and market research.

· Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with proven ability to effectively manage and communicate with external sellers and internal teams to meet marketing goals.

· Experience of analyzing data and communicating with precise but clear story-line document writing for market research.

· Data-oriented and process-driven mindset.

· Open mindset and being able to deal with ambiguities, conflicting priorities in multi-cultural environment.

· Being able to work under pressure and aggressive timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications

· Have working experiences with Amazon and/or world-class e-commerce company(s) in marketing jobs.

· Have working experiences in MQL nurturing.
