What will I be doing?

As the Events Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• finalization wedding materials : Draft Banquet Event Order and Drawing Floor Plan
• food tasting menu and carpark couponfor wedding events
• Wedding Event Items : Floor plan and Carpark Coupons
• wedding site packages and ensure that we have enough weddings packages and folders, once there are 2 boxes left to inform CSM/CE
• Wow resume
• Consolidating and Revising Event Order and Floor Plan for weddings
• Key Contact on wine delivery / storage prior to the event
• Draft Letter of Agreement for weddings and Salesforce booking for Wedding Sales Managers
• Updating Deposit Payments, creating payment links and updating deposit tracking file for Finance
• To inform wedding vendors on weekend weddings of the week and ensure vendors are aware of the decoration arrangement.
• Send out wedding VIP lots (bridal cars)
