The Electrician II is responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment and circuits

• Demonstrate proficiency and understanding on the following but no limited to: power distribution, motor control centers, and back up emergency switch gear.

• Performing preventive maintenance on equipment in accordance with department, hospital and other regulatory agency codes

• Other duties as assigned

Shift Hours: Sunday - Thursday 2:30 PM - 11:00

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience

• Required - 5 years Electrician

• Preferred - 8+ years with a range of electrical work

• Preferred - 3 years Hospital Maintenance

• Preferred - 1 year high rise electrical system

Education

• Required - High School or equivalent GED

• Preferred - Technical

Licensure

• Required - Journeyman Electrician license

• Required -OSHA 10 - must obtain within 90 days
