Insight Global Patient Admin Scheduler in Stanford, California

Job Description

As the Patient Administrative Scheduler, your main responsibilities include coordinating new patient appointments, managing surgery schedules, and handling front office tasks in our outpatient clinical setting. Specifically, you'll be responsible for scheduling bronchoscopies for both inpatient and outpatient cases in the chest clinic department. Effective communication skills are essential, as you'll need to inform patients about pre-operative requirements, provide directions to our facility, and ensure they receive necessary instructions. Being organized is crucial, as some scheduling may involve phone calls or messages. Additionally, patients often require extra support due to stress, so patience and clear communication are key.
