Job Title

Technical Product Owner

Role Overview :

The Technical Product Owner will work very closely with Product Managers and Architects to understand the business requirements and translate it to technical requirements and design for the team. This role would also be responsible for prioritizing the backlog based on business value, verifying developed features meet customer needs and overall quality of the features delivered by the team.

On a typical day you will:

Define sprint vision

Participate in daily scrums

Act as a liaison between Product Manager and team

Prioritize backlog for the team

Work with Product Manager and Architects in getting features prioritized for future releases and refining them

Work with Architects and team in performing Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis

Verify that the feature meets customer needs and quality standards

Lead Feature demos to Product Manager

Lead the root cause analysis of production defects

What You Will Need to be Successful : (Mandatory Skills)

Overall 14+ Years of experience working in Embedded Space.

At least 2+ years working as a Technical Product Owner in a Scrum team

Strong understanding of agile frameworks i.e. Scrum and SAFe

Certified SAFe Product Owner or equivalent

Excellent oral and written communication skills
