As a Facilities Project Manager, you will be responsible for the p lanning and coordination of project development and construction activities with a focus on manufacturing plant expansion projects. In addition, you will also provide oversight of contractor schedule, cost, and technical performance. The Facilities Project Manager will take a lead role in scoping and executing capital and non-capital projects. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates and consolidates project requirements with various stakeholders.

  • Develops requirements and coordinates requests for proposals (RFPs) for expansion projects, manufacturing equipment and facility service contracts.

  • Manages and addresses technical issues to keep assigned projects on track and assess progress of work performed.

  • Coordinates facility and capital equipment projects from conception through contracting, design, market analysis, sourcing mechanism, procurement and execution.

  • Assists in the coordination of all aspects of facilities planning, real estate acquisition, design, construction, programming and management.

  • Develops project estimates, Pro Forma financial analysis, and project management plans.

  • Prepare and distribute project communication with management and other stakeholders.

  • Provide analysis and engineering products via various computer programs including, spreadsheets, CAD, Project Management software and other applications specific to the area of assignment.

    Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (business, engineering, or construction management preferred).

  • 4+ years’ experience leading projects (commercial construction preferred).

  • Excellent problem-analysis and strategic-thinking abilities.

  • Experience communicating effectively with all levels of an organization and a strong commitment to Customer Service.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Ability to drive improvements within the organization as well as persuade and influence others.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, decision-making, adapting and meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to travel to other NVR plants and locations, as needed.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience in CAD and Project Management software, preferred.
