AR Clerk
Dynamic and experienced AR professional is needed for well established AR team.

What will you be doing?
Invoice processing
Reconciliation activities
Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
Manage and maintain customer accounts, making sure the money customers owe isn't past due.
Prepare Accounts receivable aging report
Work with customers, sales rep, and internal departments to resolve invoice and account discrepancies
Respond to customer inquiries timely
Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
Successfully researches and resolves any issues that may arise
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Implement drives for cash flow improvement
Perform other related duties as required
Support other accounting activities, general ledger standard entries and other closing reports
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude
BA degree preferred, not required with adequate experience
3+years of AR experience
Recent experience with SAP, MS Excel & Word
