About the Role

The successful candidate would monitor and manage internal projects from initiation to completion, and would lead and coordinate project planning, resources, staffing, supply and subcontract management along with progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. This ensures that project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

Responsibilities

• Product management of application development for local products in Japan

• Prioritization of function enhancement actions

• Requirement documentation for enhancement requests

• Scheduling of development actions and release plans

• Documentation of internal/external communication about production release

• User manual documentation

• Function planning and workflow management of operations

• User registration

• Content editorial process and deployment process

• Escalation point for troubleshooting

Requirements

• Development / maintenance experience in IT application (5 years+)

• IT product management or project management experience (3 years+)

• Understanding of business and can think and work independently

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, AWS)

• Native or equivalent Japanese and Business English (verbal discussion without problems)
