JOB FUNCTION:
The Marketing Trainee is a position for providing support to the Marketing department in the development of local strategic projects to grow Takeda´s business within compliance and legal requirements. Reporting formally to BU Head you will be part of a dynamic team where you will be able to learn, develop and forge yourself in the forward-thinking, agile, and resilient Marketing Trainee position Takeda has envisioned.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Collaborate in the preparation and execution of the launch of new projects in the Business Unit.
•Analyze Market research findings ensuring evolution of key market value drivers.
•Support the development of Brand Plans
•Assist implementation of planned marketing activities and drive innovative marketing tactics.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Education:
• University Degree
• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Any degree/course related with pharmaceutical industry (Desirable)
Skills:
• Communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable thirst for knowledge with an ability to assimilate information quickly.
• Passionate and self-confident
• IT skills in particularly competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
