Responsibility Use Case Development Assist the business team with the development of the use cases leveraging the prebuilt use case template. Identify the Business Data Steward, Data Custodian (IT), Technical System Owner, and any other SME contact to support the use case delivery. Create detailed requirements from the use case that identifies the scope (assets, policy, functions, DQ rules, business rules, integration needs, etc.) and approach (acquisition methods, workflow, etc.) to deliver use cases Create test plans and test cases to validate the use cases in UAT. Work with the offshore developer with any assistance with the requirements and design clarifications to deliver the use cases. Create an MTP checklist for the use case. Setup knowledge transfer and necessary training for Data Steward and Data Custodian Work with the Data Steward, Data Custodian to get the MTP Signoff Create training material and playbook to support Data Steward and Data Custodian functions associated with the use case. Business Glossary Conduct Business Glossary training for the Data Stewards Collaborate with Data Stewards to develop Business Glossary for their Data Domain Create standard Business Terms as an accelerator (example https://schema.org/ ) to speed up Business Glossary development. Leverage any existing Logical Data Dictionary to help speed up the Business Glossary development. Capture any business rules associated with the business terms and acronyms. Work with the offshore developer to upload business terms in production. Work with the Data Steward/Data Owner to help approve the Business Glossary Data Quality Rules Capture any existing Data Quality rules for the use case. Coordinate with access provisioning needed to set up Data Profiling Capture any current data quality issues and concerns associated with the use cases. Review the data profiling (from DQ Developer) and identify the DQ rules. Identify existing and new DQ rules to be developed. Categorize the DQ rules into various rules category. Capture DQ rules and category into Collibra DGC Support DQ developer with the development, testing, and verification of DQ results. Work with the DQ developer to set up DQ score integration with Collibra DGC Perform DQ rules validations and UAT. Technical Data Assets and Data Lineage Perform UAT validation of the Data Assets and Data Lineage captured from the source applications. Coordinate with the Data Custodian to address any issues with the data assets and lineage. Coach and train Data Custodian and Technical System Owner on how to use Collibra to navigate through data assets and lineage. Work with Data Custodian to get 'Bulk Data Assets Approval' post MTP. Work with Data Custodian to perform production validation and approval of MTP for all technical data assets and linage.
