Job Overview:

The Executive Paid Media Content Executive will play a key role in executing and managing the Paid Media campaigns for Dubai Holding Entertainment. This position requires hands-on knowledge of campaign activation across media platforms. As a Senior Digital Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across various digital channels. You will play a key role in driving targeted traffic, improving conversion rates, and achieving our overall marketing goals. As the most extensive entertainment portfolio in the Middle East, the digital ecosystem is essential to drive the best experience for customers as they engage with some of the most exciting theme parks and attractions from across the Dubai Holding Entertainment family of brands.

Here's your chance to step into the role of Executive Digital Paid Media Executive at Dubai Holding Entertainment: in this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies, including but not limited to, PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and other digital channels.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.

  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new advertising platforms, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a relevant field

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

  • Strong professional background in Media or at a Media agency, ideally at a mid-level

  • Proven experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.

  • Experience in developing and executing media strategies.

  • Experience in building and nurturing relationships with media owners.

  • Experience in measuring the value and impact of media campaigns.
