Job Title: Data Analyst Job Function:Ensures the accuracy and usefulness of data throughout the organization by implementing tools, defining quality rules, and collaborating with stakeholders. RCM is seeking a data analyst that can deliver data quality tools and processes. If you have experience designing and delivering data quality programs, this job is for you! This is an opportunity to join a select team that is already leading the way in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry. The team is looking for a Data Analyst to support the business in analyzing, improving, and monitoring data quality within the organization. This role will contribute to the evolution of the data governance program and will serve as an important function in a Center of Excellence business model. The ideal candidate will be a creative part of the organization. Primary Responsibilities

  • Implement data quality tools, technologies, and best practices to monitor and improve data quality throughout the data life cycle.

  • Meet with business end users to define and implement data quality business rules for current and future applications.

  • Work as part of the data governance team to ensure alignment between data quality initiatives and the overall data governance framework.

  • Collaborates with the SMEs and Data Stewards on areas for data quality improvements.

  • Establish and maintain data quality dashboards and reports to monitor progress, trends, and compliance with data quality objectives.

  • Ensures quality of master data in key systems, and the development and documentation of processes with functional data owners to support data quality.

  • Work closely with the business/IT ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.

    Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in data analysis and/or computer science or related field.

  • 3+ years’ Data Governance experience.

  • 2-3 yrs of experience in Pharmaceutical companies.

  • Experience in Supply Chain.

  • Experience with Master Data.

  • Experience working with relational databases, data warehouses and other relevant systems.

  • Experience implementing simple to complex SQL queries to analyze data.

  • Experience working with business end users to define data quality rules and procedures.

  • Adept at building strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Aptitude for trouble-shooting data quality issues and completing tasks on time.

  • Ability to interpret business requirements and communicate recommendations.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy

    Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information science, data management, computer science or related field.
