Team Coordinator & Business Development Support

Join our team as a Team Coordinator & Business Development Support in Sedgwick’s corporate division. Your role is pivotal in providing essential support to our Business Development team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.

What are my accountabilities?

  • Providing administrative assistance to the Business Development team, including managing client relationships and documentation, and assisting with client onboarding.

  • Fostering effective communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders to meet client needs.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders to meet client needs.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance business development processes. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new processes, tools, and workflows that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.

  • Tracking and analyzing client interactions and business outcomes, presenting findings to the Business Development team and management to drive strategic decision-making.

About you :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Previous experience in business development support or client relationship management.

  • Tracking and analyzing client interactions and business outcomes, presenting findings to the Business Development team and management to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in documentation management and record-keeping.

  • Client-focused mentality, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
