We are looking an HR Coordinator that will work across a variety of people-related tasks to ensure great employee experiences in the area of HR operations. If you already have gained first experience in the area of HR and you are proud of your detail orientation and organization skills and want to develop HR capibilities, our team wants to meet you!

What would be your responsibilities?

• Support employee lifecycle management processes such as joiners, leavers, absences, personal data changes and job changes

• Maintain employee data and carry out staffing transactions in Workday. Drive operational efficiency and data quality!

• Create and maintain any documentation related to employment changes, ensuring all letters and documentation are correct and sent out in a timely manner in accordance with local labour laws

• Responsible for managing and maintaining employee files, paper & electronic. Serve as on-site point of contact for all document management activities

• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies

• Support global People programs and processes, such as regular employee engagement surveys, performance cycles and compensation cycles. Contribute to People Operations & Technology projects and initiatives

• Support EB initiatives

• Assist colleagues with their day-to-day requests for information needed from the HR Team

Requirements:

• A degree (or equivalent experience, don’t let this put you off!) in a related discipline: e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration

• Min. 2 years of experience in HR department driving HR Administration activities

• Practical knowledge of Polish labor law

• Workday (HRIS) system knowledge will be an asset

• A great service mind and the ability to prioritise and provide quick support to internal stakeholders, colleagues, employees and managers

• A passion for automation, processes and systems and willingness to learn new technologies

• Passionate about building a career in Human Resources in newly established GN Poland site

• Excellent spoken and written Polish & English skills
