The Position:

We are looking for passionate, driven candidates to help solve our client’s complex problems and guide them towards operational success. You will support Censeo's work providing insights to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In this role, you will provide data analysis and visualization support to help the EPA assess their capacities in the areas of Continuous Improvement, Program Evaluation, and Statistics. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support implement and rollout baseline capacity surveys

  • Develop / design reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI

  • Develop a dashboard that will analyze, summarize, and display survey data results

  • Compile results and share insights with clients in a written and visual format

  • Advises client on best practices on displaying complex data visualizations for various audiences

  • Collaborate with team to provide insights and support to federal client

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelors Degree required

  • 1-3 years as a Data Analyst developing and communicating interactive visualizations in data-rich environment

  • (Required) Highly proficient in using Power BI for data analytics and visualization development

  • (Preferred) Highly proficient in using Tableau for visualization development 

  • Strong ability to communicate a story with data in a verbal, written, and visual manner

  • Experience working in a client-facing role and leading status updates pertaining to their work in a highly professional manner

  • Strong time management skills and ability to establish and manage toward project milestones with a high degree of independence

The Location:

Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C., a fantastic city for working professionals. We work in a hybrid setting with flexibility to work from home and work in our office conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just a few blocks away from the White House. And with many of our clients also based in D.C., we have the luxury of leaving for a meeting and being back in the office in time for post-work happy hours, team dinners, and game nights.

The Fine Print:

  • Expected travel 0-10%; may increase based on business needs 

  • This is an exempt, full-time position

  • Essential Physical Functions

  • Sitting: Particularly for sustained periods of time

  • Light Carrying: Physically transporting items weighing less than 15 pounds from one location to another
