Job Summary: To manage and maintain the rental business by assisting the Strategic Account Manager and other divisions within Fabick Cat. Responsibilities: Assists and provides exceptional customer service to Strategic Accounts. Answers all calls and responds to requests for information on equipment from Strategic Accounts and assists them with their rental needs. Prepares rental contracts and ensures all proper documentation and insurance coverage is obtained prior to renting the equipment. Maintains equipment inventory and processing parts orders for Strategic Account rental equipment. Identify and close additional rental purchases of product and services by customers. Engage in technical discussions related to the proper equipment based on usage/need for each Strategic Account Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments of all equipment being rented Manages Irents portal for Strategic Accounts. Ensures Strategic Accounts are meeting the billing requirements and following the correct Accounts Payable process. Attend Strategic Account events with the Strategic Account Manager Any and all duties as assigned.
